Regularly scheduled program

I clearly have some work to do in order to cook perfectly fried flour tortillas. I made pork tacos tonight. The pork was cooked in a bell pepper, onion, garlic, horseradish sauce. This was topped with cheese and fried shredded zucchini. Pretty good.
