There is a new term for Road Rage. It's called Intermittant Explosive Disorder. Now they are saying it's something genetic, people can't help the fact that they are losing control. (They were born that way. Sounds familiar.)
I don't know. Sounds like an excuse to me. The new report on the TV we saw said you shouldn't be angry at people with road rage, they're victims. I love it when the lines between "news" and "dead pan comedy" blur.

Hmm...i can't believe someone is actually proposing this idea. i guess it's a step in the direction that everything is genetic.
