Pei Wei
Last night, we went up to a birthday party for Tara's little niece. We took food for the girls to eat on the way up, but didn't really do anything for Tara and I. Sometimes these little birthday things have some sort of food portion, but this one didn't. (That's ok.) After the party, we drove towards home, but not really on the freeway, we were looking for a place to eat. It turns out that Pei Wei has just started moving into the area.
Tara had that Thai Dynamite Chicken entree, I had the Spicy Korean chicken. Mine was good. Tara liked hers. Mine was very flavorful. I didn't think it was incredibly spicy, but it had a lot of flavor to it. (It did get spicier when it was mostly just sauce, but not much.) I would definitely go back sometime and try another flavor there.
The only other thing to say is that they didn't really have their hours listed anywhere. We got there at 9:50pm, someone came in at 9:59pm, but the place closed at 10pm. When we first saw it from the road, it was difficult to tell if it would be open or not when we came back around to look...

My favorites at Pei Wei are the orange beef (with no carrots or peas) or kung pao chicken--both with white rice. Mmmmm.
