Lily Anna Payne was born today at 11:44pm.
She was 8 pounds 5 ounces. (Proof is in the picture.)
She was a standard baby length. (21 inches)
So far, I haven't seen her throw any gang signs, and she covered her privates for the pictures, so I think we might be ok.If you plan to visit Tara and Lily in the hospital, call me, there are new security measures in place. (New since the last time I was there, anyway.)

Congratulations, her face in the last picture looks like John before breakfast.
And people in the know that "before breakfast" sometimes lasts most of the day...
She looks like the other girls! Congrats!
