I'm in a walking program at work starting Monday with the Wellness program. Basically, you are supposed to walk 800,000 steps in 4 months. I was thinking this improbable until I wore the pedometer today. I logged 12,000 steps by 7pm. That's an awful lot of steps for one day. Not that it gets anything close to amailman or a rickshaw driver, but it's signifigant for someone who sits in a chair at my desk most of the day...
I have started counting my steps. What does that say about me?
